The Soundside

The Soundside

From the welcoming front porch to the rear covered patio, this plan epitomizes the West Indies ranch, making it perfect for the coastal lifestyle. A well-equipped kitchen, additional messy kitchen, large pantry, pocket office, flex space, spacious primary suite, and side-load 3-car garage make this the epitome of one-level luxury living. These plans range from 3,228 to 3,496 square feet. 

The Sandpiper

The Sandpiper

One of our most popular plans, which offers incredible versatility on the ground floor room configuration. The covered rear deck off the kitchen and café is perfect for enjoying dining al fresco. The expansive front deck off the living room is accessed by a triple-telescoping slider, and offers ample room for enjoying outdoor living. These plans can range from 2,506 to 3,000 square feet.

The Leeward

The Leeward

When rear-side views are important, whether it be overlooking the ocean or pool, this plan fits the bill. This home features the main living area on the first floor, including a guest bedroom, has a primary suite and 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor. The ground floor can be left as unfinished storage or finished to accommodate a fifth bedroom, bathroom, and flex space. 

The Portulaca

The Portulaca

A charming coastal cottage feel with ample room for everyone in the family. The Portulaca 1 has 2,331 square feet, making it just the right size for couples who work remotely. The Portulaca 2 features 2,824 square feet with spaces perfectly suited for teens. Covered porches are also included in both the front and rear of the house.

The Morningstar

The Morningstar

This 2,882 square-foot home is for the outdoor lovers. Featuring multiple outdoor living areas — five to be exact — including front porch, upper balcony, covered rear porch, open-air patio, and screened-in porch. The interior of this home plan is spacious and open, but it’s the considerable outdoor living spaces that make it truly unique.

The Lookout

The Lookout

The newest version of our popular Lookout plan features 5 bedrooms, a game room, 5 ½ baths, and multi-level front decks. This spacious home is ideal for entertaining. Primary living is on the top level of this 3,083 square-foot home. If the front of your lot catches a glimpse of the ocean, sound, or river, this is the plan for you.

The Masonboro

The Masonboro

This impressive J-drive plan boasts 3,179 square feet, providing ample room for the entire family. Primary suite, gourmet kitchen, and flex space—makes for a great home office—are located on the ground floor. Three additional bedrooms plus a spacious loft round out the second floor. 

The Jessamine

The Jessamine

Cozy cottage with a welcoming front porch. The Jessamine 1 is a one-level ranch featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1,878 square feet. The Jessamine 2 offers additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor—2,463 square feet. Both are perfect plans for empty nesters.
